All third parties are hereby informed that the use of this privacy policy statement, or even just parts of it, on other websites, with regard to which it would certainly be irrelevant and/or incorrect and/or incongruent, may incur heavy fines from the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Subject of the privacy policy statement
On these web pages, our company uses tracking technologies which utilise cookies to acquire information about users, including some personal data. Therefore, this privacy policy statement provides users with a clear, precise explanation of the purposes for which cookies are utilised and the relative procedures.
This document completely cancels and replaces and previous information provided by the company with regard to cookies, which should therefore be considered as completely obsolete.

Definition of “cookies”
Cookies are strings of text (small files) which the websites visited (“first parties”) or other websites or web servers (“third parties”) place and store on a terminal device utilised by the user (PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.), to be resent to the same websites which initially sent them during the same user’s next visit.

Cookies used by this website and relative purposes
The cookies used on this website are of the following types:

  1. Technical cookies: they enable the user to enjoy optimal, fast navigation of the website and the efficient use of the services and/or the various options it offers, such as making a purchase or logging on to access reserved areas. These cookies are necessary to improve use of the website and the user’s consent is not required for their use.
  2. Statistical cookies: these are anonymous, aggregate web analysis tools, which enable the gathering of information about how users utilise the website, how they got there, the number and duration of their visits, etc.. These cookies enable improvements to be made to the website to facilitate access by users, and the processing of statistics. These cookies are equivalent to technical cookies and the user’s consent is not required for their use.
  3. Profiling/marketing cookies: these are tools which allow the creation of a detailed “profile” of each user, for the purpose of sending targeted advertising. Specifically, whenever the user accesses the website, their behaviour within the individual pages visited is used to collect information about their habits, tastes, favourite products, etc. This also enables our company to “catalogue” users and to show/send them personalised advertising. These cookies may only be used with the specific consent of users, who may make their choices by means of the banner and/or the link accessible via the website footer, which may also appear at the end of this privacy policy statement.

Cookies installed by this website through “third parties”
“Third-party” cookies are any cookies installed on the user’s terminal by the operators of third party websites through this website, for the various purposes listed above.
When necessary, third-party cookies for “profiling” purposes used by this website are listed in the link accessible via the website’s banner and footer, and may appear at the end of this full privacy policy statement, through which users can freely give or deny their consent to the use of all or some profiling cookies.

Browser settings
It should also be noted that users can, at any moment, freely configure their privacy parameters with regard to the installation and use of all cookies from their own browsers, by following the relative instructions. Users can also set “private browsing”, a mode in which their browser will no longer save the log of websites visited, any passwords entered, cookies and other information about the pages visited.
Please note that if users decide to disable all cookies (including technical cookies), the quality and speed of the services offered by this website might deteriorate drastically, and access to some sections of the website might be lost.

Legal basis of processing
For technical and statistical cookies, processing is necessary to optimise users’ navigation of the website and provide them with trouble-free use of the services requested. For profiling cookies, the legal basis is the user’s freely given consent, which may be completely withdrawn and/or modified at any time.

Withdrawal or modification of consent
Users may withdraw and/or modify their settings at any time by means of the link accessible via the website footer, which may also appear at the end of this privacy policy statement.

Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
Data may be disclosed to third parties for purposes of legal compliance, and to satisfy users’ choices and/or any requests. Under no circumstances will data be disseminated.

Authorised processors
Data will only be processed by specifically authorised, assigned staff.

Rights of the data subject
Users enjoy all the rights established by the European Regulation, including the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing of the data, and the right to data portability. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with or make a report to the Supervisory Authority (the Italian Personal Data Protection Authority), or to the Judicial Authorities.

Data storage period
Data will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary for fulfilment of the data subject’s requests, or established by current law. Specifically, profiling cookies will be stored for no more than six months after collection, after which they will be erased or anonymised, unless their storage for a longer period of time is necessary for legal compliance or for inspections, investigations, litigation, or similar purposes.
